Turner Argentina is seeking for a Product Manager to ensure that the product is continually being improved for key Warner Media Products.
You will work with design, development, QA, and other product managers to ensure that your product backlog is constantly prioritised against goals, well defined, and broken into work that your product’s team can deliver effectively without ambiguity.
Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for a kids Global digital web product
Acting as the product owner for the team
Responsible for working with the team to ensure work is prepared and aligned with your product’s goals
Responsible for communicating progress against your key goals and work being delivered
Owning the product backlog, you will be responsible for defining and creating well-detailed epics, before communicating these to the team, and planning all work to deliver on these epics
Working with a Senior PM to ensure the product roadmap considers all areas of our business - data, technology plans, user needs, business goals - gathering requirements from all
Working closely with a delivery manager to make sure that work is being delivered efficiently & effectively (the team is using scrum currently)
Prioritising bugs, tasks, improvements, and user stories consistently so that the work being delivered is always the highest value
Product Owner or Manager for a live digital product.
SCRUM knowledge and experience.
Owning a product roadmap - shaping it, refining it, communicating it.
Experienced in gathering stakeholder requirements from a variety of different stakeholders and teams (data, legal, business, user, etc.)
Demonstrable skills defining product work for teams of designers, developers, and delivery managers
Demonstrable passion and knowledge of the developing Product management professional discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and, in particular, a distinctive ability in delivering clear, structured, and compelling recommendations to senior management.
Fluency in Spanish, and ideally English
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead teams at different levels, with different backgrounds and experiences across different geographies.
