We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to be responsible for Colombian office. This position will report to the HR Manager for México, Colombia and Panamá.
About the job
This role will provide HR leadership and consultation to everything related to HR in the colombian office. Will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Major Activities
Works closely with management team and employees to improve work relationships, enhance the company's´ culture as the ways we work and, base on the alignment to the company, improve people development, productivity and achieve companies’ goals
Manage the delivery and execution of core HR processes and policies as required, e.g. salary/compensation reviews, talent reviews, etc. Partners effectively with HR Centers of excellence and other specialist groups for any day to day issues faced by the organization
Act as a people partner in any HR related issue.
Works with the HR Manager and business leadership team to identify organizational development improvements, particularly around culture changes during periods of major transition and transformation within the organization.
Support the business with organizational change and development as necessary, influencing leaders to address organizational design issues where required for business success
Uses metrics and analytics regularly to help drive/steer management decisions,e.g understanding the talent alignment and resource allocation for the function, driving strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
+ 5 Years of experience in Human Resources positions
Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
Deep experience in managing Human Resources processes & functions
Bilingual in English
